Team GBR delivered a strong performance at the European Championships for Biathle, Triathle and Laser Run in Alanya, Turkiye.
We had a young team with numerous athletes competing a year young, and some even competed in the year above! Add to that, many new athletes were participating at a European Championships for the first time. Despite this, there were some outstanding performances across all age groups, genders and Para classifications resulting in many podium finishes for individual athletes and GBR teams.
However, equally impressive is the experience garnered whilst participating in an international event resulting in learnings which the athletes can take into the World Championships in South Africa, this coming December, and beyond into a busy 2026 calendar.
A big thanks you to all the parents, guardians and carers who supported all the GBR athletes in Turkey, the Management and Coaching Team appreciate the sacrifices and commitments made to support the athletes in all they do. Well done to all!
